Implementing PHP controllers, MySQL connections, and core data entry/validation logic.

UAT & Data Migration

User Acceptance Testing (UAT), bug fixes, and migrating historical data into the new system.

System Launch

Official Go-Live (1st Apr 2026), user training, and post-launch stability monitoring.
